Description

Vermeil Bubble Ring Setting made of 24ct yellow gold plated solid sterling silver 925. Does not include ashes as shown in the pictures. These rings are made in small batches but can be pre-ordered.

We recommend you buy a compatible necklace setting, for example a small vermeil necklace setting (for example) to accompany these gold plated silver rings, and you can offer to make one for your client at the same time. Around a third of your customers will take you up on this.

Kit Contents

If you’d like to buy this ring as a kit you’ll receive:

• Gold plated solid silver bubble ring setting
• a single practice bezel setting
• pair of vinyl gloves
• 3 cocktail sticks
• resin sparkle mix sample (random colour)
• 10g bottle of UV resin
• sandpaper
• label backing paper
• 1x sachet Breastmilk Preservation Powder (breastmilk kit only) and free access to our Breastmilk Jewellery Course plus these Breastmilk Preservation Powder PDF Instructions

You’ll also need to provide yourself (not included):

• a 48W UV lamp or a UV Pen Light
• your clients’ elements (like breastmilk, ashes, hair etc) and any additional sparkles and dried petals. You can also request some practice ashes here.

And these items make it much easier but aren’t essential!

• reverse action tweezers to hold the ring in place when curing
• a pestle and mortar to grind breastmilk powder, cremation ashes and umbilical cord

Vermeil Bubble Wire Ring Setting Sizes

These bubble wire rings are premade and only available in stock in the sizes listed. However, you can pre-order and request half sizes. For example, if you would like a UK size P1/2 ring, please choose UK P and say in the comments “size P1/2”.

Please note, we highly recommend that you advise your customer to consider taking away half a UK ring size to their best fit on these comfort fit bands. For example, if they are a UK size L on a normal ring sizer, the might advise them to go for a size K½. We will make whatever size you request but four years’ experience making these bands shows us that extra size is needed because of the extra width.

Comfort Fit for Arthritis/Swollen Joints

Comfort fit bands like this ring are ideal for clients with arthritis and swollen joints etc. We recommend sizing the client’s finger and not the joint.

Rope Band Ring Setting Stock Images

You can order some gold ring stock images here (teardrop and heart photos coming ASAP!) to show your clients some mockups before they buy. Please remember the instructions for use advise you to tell your clients results will vary!

Gold Plated Sterling Silver Vermeil

The silver in these rings is 925 sterling or finer. Please see our blog on Types of Solid Silver which explains the metal content. Please see Types of Gold to learn more about gold vermeil (plated solid silver). Please note, these are not solid gold and should not be sold as such. Please check your country’s laws in regards to selling vermeil. These are not hallmarked because they do not weigh over 7.6g silver and the gold is only plated.

Gold Polishing Cloths

Customers may wish to give their rings a quick polish before sending, you can buy a gold polishing cloth from us here. If you have an established business and would like some branded polishing cloths we use this company for our Tree of Opals cloths! They’re suitable for silver and gold.
