375 Solid 9ct Gold and Hallmarking
The gold in these settings is 375 yellow gold, which is 100% recycled. Please see our blog on Types of Gold Jewellery Settings which explains the care instructions for the gold and the metal content. These gorgeous gold rings are made proudly in Wales in the United Kingdom by Nikki.
You can advertise these as solid gold with a UK hallmark. It will be hallmarked at the Birmingham Assay Office. If you want to save time and receive a discount we can send these to you directly straight from making for you to finish yourself, this is only available to goldsmiths who do not require a UK hallmark. Please contact us before purchasing.
Solid Gold Classic Ring Setting Finish
The Solid Gold Classic Ring Setting is not polished to a mirror shiny finish, they are pin polished so they have a satin shine. We try to remove all scratches from the production process but can’t always spot everything so if you have any questions about the item you’re received please just get in touch and you’re welcome to return if they’re not what you hoped for. They are sold as semi-finished, so you’re more than welcome to refinish the rings yourself – we recommend these Micro-Mesh ultra fine sanding pads.
Gold Polishing Cloths
Customers may wish to give their rings a quick polish before sending, you can buy a gold polishing cloth from us here. If you have an established business and would like some branded polishing cloths we use this company for our Tree of Opals cloths!
