Image Engraving service for Keepsaker Supplies for our ring settings, necklace settings, bead findings and engraving blanks or custom cutting service. Does not include a physical shipped product. For the Text Engraving service click here! This will usually add around a month to our lead time from receipt of confirmation of the image to be engraved and completion of the setting, so please make sure to add an extra six weeks or so to your own maximum lead times. Finishing

If you’re sending a photo, or is a file not in transparency format (jpg for example), please email file to in**@***************es.com or WhatsApp +447577575017 with the order number. We do not offer proof photos/checking. Items are not finished unless you pay for the service, they will be sent with engraving done on a 2000 grit brushed matte finish. It will not be nice clean silver

Laser engraving and cutting can cause burrs and lips which will need to be sanded off. Tutorial coming soon, if you don’t currently finish silver jewellery then we would recommend you pay for finishing. This is usually sanding up to 3000 grit then magnetic tumble polishing, with liver of sulphur or cold enamel blackening applied then polished off with a silver polishing cloth. It will be a sustainable satin finish which you can polish up to a mirror finish with LUXI green (Nikki’s favourite) or jeweller’s rouge.

Or, you can finish a piece with a double sided silver polishing stick but the results aren’t always perfect, see my shorts on TikTok below and let me know if you’d like a full video for this too.

We can engrave handwriting, photos and scan photos (depending on contrast), fingerprints, handprints, footprints, hoofprints, pawprints, lipstick kisses and any other black and white images your customers would like. Images must be submitted in PDF format but we are happy to do the editing for you for an additional charge (please get in touch first). The quality of the image makes a difference to how well they look once engraved and it is your responsibility to get good quality images from your clients.

Other Image Engraving Gallery

You may wish to send the customers an inkless wipe kit with instructions for taking finger and handprints etc. If they are sending handwriting, we recommend they don’t send you the original (heartbreaking if lost in the post) but instead send you a photo taken in the daylight with a good quality camera.

We are happy to engrave sweary, spicy, D/s and k1nky messages and images, we are open minded and inclusive! I will not engrave anything bigoted or bullying though.

I chose the service where you send in the photograph on WhatsApp unedited and it was really easy. Nikki did a great job editing the handwriting and moving bits of it around for no extra charge then making it fit in the heart engraving blank.
