Custom Cutting Service For Jewellers
We love to cut out the most complicated shapes! 1mm thickness limit and we can handle the most complex and complicated shapes. No CAD expertise needed—you accept sketches, PNGs, even photos or a prompt like “as many 6mm discs as you can get”. The pricing is flexible, you can order a single piece attached to your main order or request a rough quote below (tell us the thickness, size (in mm) of the sheet and quantity of shapes wanted). The more info, the better. Recently a client sent three sheets of 0.9mm thick fine silver sheet which she’d pre-textured and requested a certain amount of 10mm, 12mm and 15mm discs. She had sketched it out so she knew how many to expect, but we spent ten minutes and managed to get an additional two large discs and also lots of 6mm discs from the empty space. The total time was 40 minutes including cutting and positioning and the client said the job would have taken us two hours by hand and she would have lost lots of silver in dust. The scrap is returned to the client too and she will recycle it. We charged £20
