Silver Channel Ring Setting
The Silver Channel Ring Setting
Perfectly simple ring for inclusion jewellery making. Our solid silver inlay bands are engravable. Silver Channel Ring, no need for a bezel cup or mould, this ring is designed to be filled. You can work with UV resin and cure in layers or use epoxy resin (by hand, on a mandrel, ring turner etc).
How to Make It Yours
1. Choose your metal This ring is solid sterling silver* with three channel widths available
2. Choose your kit Add on a DIY kit if you like, including resin and preservation powder.
3. Add your engraving A hidden name, a date they'll never forget, engraved inside the band, just for your client. We can work with pretty much any font, so get in touch if you have something specific in mind. A few of our most loved symbols:
❤ ☀ ☾ ★ ☽ ∞ ♫ 💧 🐾 👣
We can also do image engraving: handwriting, fingerprints, footprints, paw prints, handprints, or a pattern that means something to your client.
How It Works
- Order: design your ring above and place your order
- We get to work: the ring is lovingly packaged within our current turnaround time (see our FAQs and Terms of Service)
- It comes to you: economically but safely shipped, ready to turn into a piece of wearable art for your clients
We recommend you buy a compatible necklace setting, for example a small necklace setting (for example) to accompany this ring and once you've made the cabochon stones you can offer to set the other one as a necklace for a small extra charge (£25 or so). Around half of your customers will take you up on this (just be sure to tell them you'll still return the extra stone even if they don't pay!)

*Solid Silver - Ring Material
This ring is made from solid sterling silver 925 minimum quality, but we try to make them in 940 Argentium as often as possible, which is anti-tarnish (resistant to black and green marks as it contains less copper). See my page on Types of Solid Silver for more info.
We have a partial channel ring setting here, black ceramic ring here, titanium channel ring here and channel bead settings here. We also offer this full channel ring in solid gold here.
Nikki’s Tip: The cool, silver-grey hue of silver makes bright opal flecks and dark hair inclusions “pop” much more vibrantly than traditional silver at a fraction of the cost
Our channel rings are sophisticated, modern and bold. They are made by hand to order. We can also create this ring in any metal to order, just get in touch for a quote based on current metal prices such as 9ct gold and platinum.

Channel Ring Size
Width depending on ring size and channels. Small fit, meaning we do recommend you adjust your client's size to allow for a tight fit, for example if they're a UK size P, we'd recommend a size Q or larger, depending on the width. For a US ring size we recommend up half a size, so a 7.5 would need a size 8 or above. You cannot resize these rings after you fill with resin; you are always welcome to return or exchange if they don’t fit your client, so long as you haven’t added resin yet!
