Description
Adjustable Double Pearl Ring setting and the option to add a kit. Made of solid 925 sterling silver with points for setting pearls or resin orbs and spheres made with sphere moulds like these. This ring is perfect for people with several children or deceased loved ones who want individual spheres for each one. Alternatively, you can use precious stone orbs (partially drilled) to fill some of the space and complement resin designs. Does not include ashes as shown in the pictures. These rings are available to ship straight away if they are showing as in stock, they are not made in house.
Perfect for use with our single 10mm sphere mould and double 7mm sphere moulds or whichever sizes you and your clients prefer. We recommend you buy a set of 5 6mm domed headpins to accompany this ring and once you’ve made the orbs you can offer to set the other ones as a necklace or dangle charm for a small extra charge (£30 or so). Around half of your customers will take you up on this (just be sure to tell them you’ll still return the extra orbs even if they don’t pay!) Smaller orbs can be set with tiny pearl bails and perhaps earring wires to make a pair of dangly pearl earrings.

How to Use an Adjustable Double Pearl Ring
These rings must be made using silicone sphere moulds to create a set of six resin orbs or pearls which are then partially drilled and set in place with strong glue. We recommend you create at least 12 orbs for your client (two of each) and send a proof photo to increase client satisfaction. You can choose which sizes or orbs to make but we include a 10mm sphere mould and a double 7mm sphere mould. Each side of the ring needs one large and two small orbs.
Follow our tutorials here to prepare your clients’ elements or buy a pack of 5 or 10 sachets of Breastmilk Preservation Powder here! This video shows you how to make and set a crown point cremation ashes heart necklace, you can use the same technique for this ring!
I used an 11mm sphere mould in this video! You can read our full blog here on making a forget me not pearl here with all the links for the products you’ll need. You can use UV resin or epoxy resin (epoxy will take a day or two to cure). At the end, just partially drill the orbs and use glue to attach to the ring. Here’s the YouTube tutorial video
Adjustable Double Pearl Ring Setting Sizes
These rings are adjustable so they suit a wide range of sizes, from around a UK size L to a UK size T although it depends on the wearer. Please note, adjusting the size too much or too hard can make the silver brittle. If you accidentally break the setting please get in touch as we may be able to replace it free of charge! We recommend annealing before adjusting, if possible. We are happy to pre-size the ring small, medium, large etc just let us know in the comments.
Comfort Fit for Arthritis/Swollen Joints
Adjustable fit bands like this ring are ideal for clients with arthritis and swollen joints etc. We recommend sizing the client’s finger and not the joint, the oval shape will help them get the ring on and because it can then be more true-to-size, it’s less likely to slip.
925 Sterling Silver
The silver in these rings is solid 925 sterling silver, which is 100% recycled. Please see our blog on Types of Solid Silver which explains the care instructions for the silver and the metal content.
Treat With Care
Please note, as this ring is adjustable it can get caught and warped out of shape. This is not an ideal ring for a client prone to knocking it. We recommend you make sure that clients are aware this ring needs to be treated carefully. Should the ring snap we are more than happy to do a free repair for your client, please contact us to arrange. If your client wants a sturdier ring with a larger soldered surface area we recommend the 10x8mm Wide Band Teardrop Ring Setting or the Hannah Ring. More designs coming soon!
