The single sachets are double bagged and multi-packs are triple bagged so if a small amount escapes from the packaging it should not cause problems. We have never had an issue sending these through customs as customs officials can easily see the powders are non-hazardous and not illegal. They are marked as breastmilk preservation powder on the customs information.
